After a long tiring day many of us are too lazy to care for our skin well but its very important night time is the relaxing time and therefore our sin can get nourished at night time mostly and it get some rest from all the just, pollen and chemicals and pollution as we are aways from the sun so UV hydrations do not make an impact on our skin so it is important that we should set our night time skin care according to ourself
Some of the products which we can apply the nighttime. The most important this is never to sleep with your makeup on. Many of you may know but still, we do not care at times. It is very very harmful to our skin the chemicals which we use in our skin as it creates pours and blackening by exposing our skin to chemicals for many hours on a day. When we came home in the evening it is really needed for our skin to take a rest. Our skin is exposed to dust, pollen chemicals, pollution, and some harmful radiation which can cause many diseases to our skin. And it is the main cause of skin disease in many people.
There are some products you should apply before sleeping so that your skin can come to normal. Just wash your face first with lukewarm water and then apply some facewash and you have to be careful before choosing the brand as nowadays there are chemicals in every product so use that product which you think is suitable for your skin. Then dry with a cotton pad. Then apply a small amount of cleanser on your face and massage thoroughly and rest it for 5 min as it cleans all the makeup and sunscreen
Then apply a sheet mask of clay or mud. In skincare routine mask is a must and for those who have dry skin just go for a nourishing wash-off mask as it will make your skin less dry. so it will take 15 - 20 minutes and then remove the mask. And then comes the serum it is really helpful in hydration and skin-soothing just apply a few drops and massage thoroughly
So yeah this is all and you need a relaxing sleep and when you will wake up your skin will be healed and you will feel refreshed.
