I want to write about this topic for so long. Smoking and Drinking should be banned?
The liquor ban in India is not a new topic. Well, the answer to this question is clear and a big YES. Every eight seconds someone dies from smoking. A very dangerous thing but all do this just from some amount of taste or whatever it feels like after smoking.
I don't know why there is no legally banning of alcohol and cigarettes. Everyone must have seen the packets of cigarettes and it is clearly drawn how smoking is affecting us but still, everyone is buying. Everyone knows they can die but again they have no problem
They are a deadly disease. There is not a single advantage of smoking or drinking all you can see only are the disadvantages only. Every time a smoker smokes a cigarette, it takes about five to 20 minutes off their life.
If we talk about alcohol once a person is 18 they are allowed to drink alcohol but why. Only crimes are done under the influence of alcohol. If a person does not drink alcohol he or she will not do anything criminal. Most of the are cases murders and everything are done mostly by people who are under the influence of alcohol. So if it will not be allowed the crime rates will also decrease
Not only they are expensive too and for alcohol, but I have also read cases about abusing wives for money or abusing anyone, drunk driving, or anything related to it. Long-term alcohol consumption leads to dangerous disease
Alcohol is very addictive and the person who is addicted to alcohol will go to any significant length to buy or drink it so it will result in increase of crime rates so therefore it is not easy to ban liquor this easily
Most people are so addicted that they will go for illegal methods and that is the fear why alcohol is not banned
THE FACT- the taxes and duties on alcohol present a major revenue source for the government which will be severely dented if alcohol is completely banned.
so it is not at all easy for alcohol to be banned but there should be more restrictions on alcohol so that people stop drinking them. And this is the saddest thing no one is doing anything. But smoking can be banned right then why?
