hello guys! With this cool breeze and rainy weather i think these days nothing can beat a hot cup of coffee and some mouth watering crispy snacks. I gave it a try yesterday and really felt good by having them in the evening and really wanted to make you all try them ! A CUP OF COFFEE+DRIZZLING SKIES + HOT HOT BAJJI +CLOUDY WINDS +LOVED ONCE BESIDE =THE PARADISE hehehe!
INGREDIANTS :
HOW TO PREPARE
take a mixing bowl add maida, rice flour, salt, coriander, ginger, mint leaf, coconut ,jeera ,baking soda, curry leaf,curd and mix them with required water to a thick consistancy. keep them aside for upto 20-30 minutes.
Now take a vessel put oil, heat it for some 5minutes then take the prepared batter start shapping them to small round shaped balls and add them to the oil which is finely heated. Fry them deeply until it turns to golden brown now take them out to a plate with tissues to strain out excess oil and now its ready!
wait! wait ! wait!!!! dont eat them dry yes it will be good but to make that taste even more better let me show how to make a green spicy chutney as a side dish.
GREEN CHUTNEY.
INGREDIANTS:
How to prepare : take a mixcy jar add coconut, salt, tamarind juice, puffed gram, coriander, Green chilli, mint leaves put some water and grind it smoothly. your chutney is ready….
I had a banana leaf at home and i served them on it. That heady aroma of those bujjies with chutney took us right to the foddie heaven and catch the same experience .
