I am back with another amazing blog. Today's topic is water, as you all know that human body comprises around 60% of water. If you don't stay hydrated, your physical performance can suffer. Dehydration can happen  headaches and migraine in some people. We cannot survive without water. We need water in everything 

Constipation is a common problem that's characterized by infrequent bowel movement and difficulty passing stool. Increase in fluid intake is often recommended as the treatment of constipation.

Facts of water:-

  • Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions.
  • Drinking water helps in weight loss.
  • May help prevent and treat headaches.
  • May helps in relieve constipation.
  • Flushes out dirt from body and gives glowing skin.
  • Protects body organs regulates body temperature.

Brain is strongly influenced by your hydration status. Study in young women, researchers found that fluid loss of 1% after exercise impaired both mood and concentration. It also increased the frequency of  headaches. Drinking water increases the brains temperature and gets rid of toxins and dead cells. helps to regulate stress and anxiety.

Skin health and Beauty:-

Dehydration, the skin becomes more vulnerable to skin disorders and premature wrinkles. Consuming adequate amount of water will help you renew your skin and maintain the optimum skin moisture. It will also increase the elasticity of skin. By increasing your water intake, you can flush out the toxins in your body to improve the health of your skin and your body.

Kidney stones:-

May help treat kidney stones, urinary stones are painful clumps of mineral crystal that form in the urinary system. Higher fluid intake increases the volume of urine passing through the kidneys. This will dilutes the concentration of minerals, so they are less likely crystallized and form clumps.

Regulates the body temperature:-

Water that is stored in the middle layers of the skin comes to the skin's surface as sweat when the body heats up. As it evaporates and it cools the body. Having a lot of water in body may reduce physical strain if heat stress occurs during exercise.

Tips for drinking more water:-

  • Choose water over soft drinks and other beverages whenever feels thirsty.
  • Opt for water when eating out you'll save money and reduce calories.
  • Drink one glass of water before each meal.
