Hii guys how are you today's ??? I was thinking writing on some serious topic but then I realised that most of my topics are serious and the festival start so I should write some happy things so that you also can also feel. One thing more I don't know thing that what people say in the comment box are serious because one all of you say thar with my blogs they can relate this make me so happy. So without any further delay let's straight jump into today's topic.
1st, just try to be happy because only you know that what are the things makes you happy. Don't say that this or that person or things is the reason of your happiness because it is you who find happiness with them or in them. People when know that they are the reason of your happiness they they starr playing with your emotion. If you are stop thinking about others then it become mode helpful for you to become happy.
2nd for me what makes me happy is a good sleep if you can have sleep that much what you want 😉😉 not what people say because when people say 8 hour sleep is necessary for body. what matter most is quality of sleep not quantity of time or also it depend on timing of your sleep like when you sleep, if you are sleeping only 4 hours but after that you feeling fresh then 4 hours sleep is good but if you sleep 8 hours and still you feel lazy to do work then it is just waste.
3rd is food oh my god I can't explain all of you enough that how good food makes me feel. It is just if my mom makes my favourite dish or what dish I like to eat most then this makes my whole day. I am very foody so I always talk about food or sometimes my conversation start with any stranger is about food I can talk about food but one condition after talking about food I want something to eat.
Lastly, just be happy but one thing only remember that without hurting any people try to find happiness in small things because waiting for some big reason to become happy is wasting and ignoring all the small happiness. And one of my blog reference 'don't give anyone right to control your emotion'.
