Hii guys how are I justice keep writing whatever happens in nearby me and what I see. I just want to give my point of view so that people start thinking this way also and also think that this is also the way to think. And I want all of yours support. So now let's just start my today's topic.

Yes we all know and also a victim of this private companies. Nowadays unemployment rise so much and people just want to do any work and at this point of time it really doesn't matter if those jobs match their talent or not. And what more problematic is that this problem is also known by these private companies and they take benefits of this and start exploit their employees. Make them work overtime and start nagging if they want any holiday and start making excuses if they want any increment for their hard work and time which they give to companies. Employees always try their best to work on time and try to make their company better for this employees give new and creative ideas which they think after sacrificing their time of rest and sweat their body for companies which doesn't understand or should I say that voluntarily try to ignore and doesn't give credit the employees which they deserve so that companies should not have to increase their salary.

And now everything become private from public even bank start become private so those people who do hard work for getting job in govt bank how they feel when they listen about privatsation I can't even imagine.

But I think that the government employees didn't ready to do my work on time because they have kind of secure and have good salary and they know that if doesn't matter if they work or not they get salary and their increment on time and doesn't any fear of loosing and according to me this is the main thing which make a big difference in private and government companies. Because of these situations we left with no other option except working in private companies.

My father also work in private company and after listening about his problems daily after knowing that he sincerely do his work always go work on time and give extra hours if his senior ask him. But after all that how he has to struggle for small increment. It is really disheartening for me.
