Hii guys how are you first of I would like to thank all of you because of your motivated comment I feel light and collect all courage to write this blog so once again thank you so much for sparing some time to write comment. So without any further delay let's start with today's topic.

This blog also come from how I was feeling since my previous blog. So I would like to continue. I don't understand that why certificate has more value than your ability for me certificate can't define how able you are and how much capable you are to do some work.

I am not saying that who has certificate are not capable or unable to do any work but my concern is why only certificate can define your knowledge of everything. And people start judging you and your eligibility by seeing your certificate. 

Sometimes people who has certificate don't have the knowledge of that field in which they have certificate, sometime certificate can come with corruption or because of any conspiracy. Sometimes people have more capability be left behind because of reservation cota.

People need to understand that sometimes some persons having having no certificates  can also be good or sometimes better compare to any certificate holder person. Sometimes experienced is more valuable than certificate.

What We have to see is that we see person how they do their work and how well they have the knowledge of there work. Because I see so many people around me who has so much knowlege in their field. Just  because of not having certificate they can't do anything or just because of not having financially strong they can't have certificate. 

I saw many people who just roughly do their work without thinking much about or care about what they are doing. They just have the attitude of having certificate and become senior to those person who have better knowledge than them and do their work more sincerely.

 I sant to give a small example of bollywood like big stars kids have the luxury to study or learn from big university and have certificate, but all we know that how much well do in the industry with that certificate compare to actor who are more good actors than them but doing side roles there are so many example  of all these.

Why Certificate is the symbol of knowledge it shouldn't be. Because there are so many people around us who can know and want to know but because of some personal problem they have to just kill their dream.
