Weather, it is Dal Chawal or Kulche Chholle.People lives to eat. Street food has been luring every citizen on streets, starting from Chinese to Lebanese. The delicacies are attracting tourists from all over the world. India is known for it's spicy and street side food. The melting butter on Bhaji with paav the tamarind chutney on Tikki Chaat, The mint in chicken Dum Biryani has a different place in everybody's heart and stomach. One plate is never enough, usually on weekends it is often seen people hanging out in Khau gali, parathe wali Gali, Sarafa and in various places which has won many hearts. The more you visit the more you eat and more you want to explore. There is always more than 10 items which an individual hasn't tasted and is even full.
In summer, the lassi's, sugarcane juice, coconut crush gives soothing taste and people are relaxed at utmost.
There has been many varieties and variations in foods that has been emerged from very beginning of the late rulers. The taste has become more complex and enjoyable. With every first bite to last bit there has been numerous flavours which will make you fall gain in love with it.
Many food bloggers have came to India in order to blog about the Indian delicacies and they are totally amazed as with every visit they explore new dishes with new variations.
Places like Indore, Delhi, Kolkata, and others are said they are highly cheaper in Food rates and one can even eat a full day out with at least minimum amount to be spend.
I knew some of people just visits restaurants to explore new dishes and enjoy their food, they really like to spend more than shopping and find peace in food.
The more tastier food the happier the mind. Thaali people are my favorite, they are full in every flavor and eats a lot. Thaali generally comes in many dishes with small quantities of curries, and dals served with Indian breads such as Missi roti, Naan, Kulcha, Lacchha parathe and etc with some sweets and Raita and Dahi Bhalle.
Coming on to sweet dish there has been more than 500 sweet dishes in India and counting. Every spoon is full of generous amount with cardamom and sugar.
In India there are 28 states in total and 8 union territories, surprisingly we are not aware of every cuisine which is being prepared at different parts, depending upon the soil, culture, climate and on ethnic groups. Indian cuisine has history of 8000 years and have been in practiced since. The food prepared in these parts are hard to resist and have wonderful taste.
