Hi guys. Welcome to my another blog. This blog is about oats recip and it's benefits.
INGREDIENTS
PROCESS
Step 1: In a bowl add ¼ cup (38 gram) of roasted peanut, 2 table spoon (22 gram) of rolled oats, 2 pieces of dates ( before addin the dates remove the seed and cut in to small pieces), milk ½ cup (125 ml) and mix it.
Step 2: Soak the dates, peanuts and rolled oats for 30 to 35 minutes or until soften.
Step 3: After soaking transfer it to a blender and add 1 piece of banana ( for perfect sweetness, it is better to use ripe banana. If the banana is not ripe, you can add more dates or little honey or maple syrup) , ½ table spoon (4 gram) of chia seeds , ¼ tsp of cinnamon powder, milk ½ cup and blend it until smooth. Transfer it in a cup and add some roasted sesame seed and cinnamon powder at the top of the drink and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
Process
Step 1: add 3 tsp roasted oats, add some water and soak it for 5 to 10 minutes and add it in a strainer and rinse it under running water and kept in a strainer for few minutes.
(Soaking the oats in water helps to release the phytic acid content in them phytates are nutrition inhibitors which may prevent nutrition absorption they also may cause digestive issues like gas bloating or indigestion when consuming oats so always soak the oats in water, you may also soak it overnight)
Step 2: In a blender add 8 to 10 soaked cashew nuts, 1 roughly chopped apples, 1 table spoon Flax seeds (for extra omega 3 fiber acid), 1 table spoon chia seeds and add 1 cup of seedless black grapes , 2 tsp of pomegranate seeds and lastly add soaked oats and blend it until everything is nicely mixed and combined.
Step 3: In a serving glass add some pomegranate seeds and pour the oats smoothie half way through add some pomegranate seeds and pour in this smoothie and lastly sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on the top of the smoothie.
Simply put, oats are a filling meal option, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They take a while to digest, so they keep you feeling full for longer, preventing you from bingeing on less healthy foods.
