In this blog share some exercise to boost your memory and concentration of brain.By training these exercise it also activate functioning of both hemispheres equally.
1 . gibberish game
It was an easy game. In this challenge basically needs to guess a word or phrase.the filter shows a phrase that makes no sense at all and the user will need to read it constantly to guess the right phrase before the times goes off.

2 . The schulte exercise
The technique is a table or a matrix consisting of 25 cells (5 horizontally and 5 vertically).each cell containing random number from 1-25. The task is to arrange number in square either 1-25 or reverse 25-1 as quickly as possible.

3 . Spot jogging or running

4 . Hand gestures
It was a game , doing different movement in different hand at the same time.and interchange as well..
This exercise activate inactive functions of brain.
5 . Say the colour not the word
It was most interesting and yet fun game.this game allow a person to establish the difference between both hemispheres of brain. The game was arranged many word say it colour not the word .
6 . Jigsaw puzzle
Studies shows that jigsaw puzzle can help improve visual spacial reasoning,short term memory & problem solving skills.which can reduce risk of developing dementia.
A puzzle consisting picture printed on cardboard or wood and cut into various pieces of different shapes that have to fitted together.
7 . Meditation
Meditation slows down brain aging, and it helps to improve information processing skill.
8 . Practicing tai chi
Tai chi a series of gentle physical exercise and stretches.each posture flow into the next without pause , ensure that you body is in constant motion.
It connects the mind and body.
9 . Visualizing more
Visualize about your dream, about goal .when we achieve it make body and brain coordination each other .

10 . Sleep
Every human need 8 hours of sleep necessary. It improve healthy working and memory of brain.
