In this write up I was talking about my kitchen story .that was one evening that I made a burger for me.and let's start.

One evening I was alone in my home and it was very boring that loneliness.so I wish to prepare something new.after my searching of special dishes in YouTube I founded a double cheese burger to make.which I needed ingredients are all set in my kitchen.so I imagined that myself cooking and eating burger by flavouring with it's rich taste.nothing more to imagine and started to cook.

Now it's chef time.so let's move freezed chicken nuggets in my refrigerator.and cabbage leaf are washed off.cut onion and tomato like a layers.then next move to make mayonnaise

*Olive oil or sunflower oil

*Egg white 

*Vinegar or lemon juice 

*Salt

Take one or two egg whites and put them in jar.add 1 or ½ teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.add salt a pinch.then mix it untill it mixed well.add oils step by step till the mix become smooth and thick paste. Then open it the mayonnaise is ready.

Next the move to toast Burger Bun.

The bun is ready to toast first I put a fry pan on flame and flame it. Till the pan get heat I spread ghee inside bun for its flavour.and I was planning two make double cheese burger with my imagination.so I toasted four little big buns and put it aside.

Then I take slice cheese and mozzarella cheese.

I slice some cheese to melt and speed it over burger .so to get cheesy and needle.and take two slices of cheese.fry the nuggets.

Now it's time to make it outlook.so take one toasted burger and spread whit mayonnaise and make a layer of onion ring and tomato then put the fried chicken nuggets with crispy.and above it put a slice of cheese and cabbage layer and spread tomato sauce mixed mayonnaise above it . And make double layer same as well .spread the melted cheese allover it.for a cheesy bun.

Take a tray to serve it.and add some water to a glass and put two or three ice cube to it for a background.and take the cheese and put into item and get ready to taste my item prepared for me.

Waw it's really amazing .Iam just lit my snack and it was really really mouth touching taste.its not because that I made its burger .every body like burger very much Iam just a person among that one.
