Let me tell you one thing daily workout is not sufficient for fat loss. Diet plays major role in any fitness program.
Most people don't want to invest in high range fitness product like protein and all. So here comes an easy way of diet and workout to stay fit. I myself doing it over 3 to 4 month and it's so effective.
This term is generally know as “INTERMEDATING FASTING”. You just have to fast for 16 hours and have meal for 8 hours. In this duration of 8 hour you can eat whatever is in kitchen. Just avoid excess sugar, salt and oil. My meal for day is from 12pm to 8pm you can shift time according to your daily routine.
This way you can lost almost 4Kg in a month without workout. Try this for 1month and you will definitely gonna have result. This positive result is gonna boost your confidence and then add workout in your daily routine.
And one more thing you must remain hydrated. Minimum water consumed per day must me “YOUR WEIGHT*35” mL.
Now you must be wondering how that INTERMEDATING FASTING works. If we look back to our history of hindu mythology there is a famous term know as “UPCHAR SHAKTI” or in general terms you can say “HEALING POWER”. Our body is capable of healings it's damages itself. Example of broken bone healing itself is quiet enough.
But in this era our food contains lots of calories and takes time to digest. And our healing power gives energy to digest our food, so when we are having continuous meal healing power is totally engaged with digestion. By this INTERMEDATING FASTING we can repair other damages of body like excess fat, poor metabolic health, ect.
It is a cycle about when to eat and when to fast.
It is a healthy routine to follow.
And trust me i am having a great result following this. After one month of doing this I lost 5 kg.
I also added workout after one month and it's showing great effect. Even belly fat is reducing, and body is in such a good shape.
Few exercises if you want add in your daily workout are, jumping jacks, high knees, jogging, plank, side plank, crunches and squats. These exercises are so effective, even my daily workout involve these. Do 2 sets of each for 30 seconds.
