I am back with another fitness routine cum research. In this article I will be mentioning the fitness problems or difficulties faced by Indian housewives.
Have you ever thought that why are our mothers, Indian mothers always fat? Or if you are yourself a housewife, have you thought the reason behind your unfit body? Here I am going to mention some causes of bulgy body of Indian housewives:-
Eating everything that's left in the kitchen:- Indian housewives are mostly the cook of the house. It's a fact that none of them have ever cooked food in proper quantity. Most of the Times food is left and there is no one to eat it. In such cases they eat the leftover food by themselves. Which causes overeating and results as fat in your body.
Not appropriate workout:- So, if you are a housewife you may do the works like washing clothes, cooking, sweeping, looking after children etc. Have you noticed something common these works? Most of these works require sitting or standing position. Which means, even if you have done a lot of work whole day and you are tired, but still you haven't done anything that requires running, stretching or any other weight loosing activity.
Less amount of roughage in the meal:- Mostly in Indian homes it's common to see people having meals that include carbohydrates and fats much more than any other nutrient. So, due to improper balance it's obvious to gain weight. Also, most of the housewives don't include roughage like fruits,juices etc in their meals. This behaviour makes them to eat even more carbohydrates.
Having a bad sleeping schedule:- Most of the housewives sleep late in the night and wake up much early than anyone else. This makes their health worse. Not having proper sleep can cause many damages to your mental and physical body. Most of them eat food in the end of the day and sleep immediately after that. And sleeping just after eating isn't a smart idea. Due to lack of sleep they become stressed because of which gaining weight is common.
