India is a country full of mysteries. No. of people talk about many places having some energy and telling their thrilling experiences. And the capital, Delhi, is no behind in this race. There are many places considered as ‘Haunted' in Delhi, but Today you will read about top 5 places in Delhi which are considered to be haunted and that you must not visit alone!!
1. Delhi Cantt
Delhi Cantt is considered in one of the most haunted places in Delhi. No wonder it is one of the safest places in Delhi as it is an army area and no one can enter without permission, but , many people still say that a women's spirit in white saree roams here as the women was killed while asking for a lift. People claim to have seen the women in white saree and that she followed their car.
2. Agrasen Ki Baoli
Though it is one of the beautiful architectures in Delhi, it is said to be having negative energies. Rumours have claimed that the black water at the well makes the people to commit suicide who didn't even had the intention for the same and that many people have drowned or jumped in it.
It is said that the further you go down the stairs or near the water the attraction or pull increases.
3. Sanjay Van
Sanjay van is the forest area between Vasant Kunj and Mehrauli. It is spread over an area of 443 acres. But, it is said that cries of children are heard here and that a women in white saree is also seen who disappears suddenly and then appears again.
4. Lothian Cemetery
Lothian Cemetery is one of the oldest Christian Cemetery in Delhi. It is located in Lothian Road near to Kashmiri Gate in Old Delhi. Though by listening to cemetery , one can already imagine ghosts roaming everywhere like a movie scene, but that's actually true in this case.
People have claimed to see a ghost who has his head in his hand. Many people seen it are not alive and some who are alive are in a lot of fear.
5. Dwarka Sector-9
This is also considered as one of the most haunted places in Delhi. People have said that there is a haunted tree here and whenever a vehicle passes past it a figure is seen chasing them and even many people have said that they are slapped suddenly by someone whom they even can't see.
The fear is so much that even when the road was built the tree wasn't cut off and a temple is built just in front of the tree.
Not only the tree, but the Dwarka Sec-9 metro station is also considered to be haunted by a women who accidently fell in the track and died.
