I have been a skinny bone since my birth until I hit my puberty. I loved eating chocolates a lot , used to eat it everyday which was not healthy at all but nobody was there to stop me. I kept on getting fat day by day and reached to 80kgs before the pandemic . I used to get bullied so much at school , tuitions , relatives and even from my own family members all of this got me into a deep hole of self hate I had a very toxic relationship with my body but please let me remind you that you are just perfect the way you are and if you love the body you have right now trust me nobody‘s opinion matters , after the lockdown upliftment I joined gym stopped eating junk food ,chocolates and ate healthy food (also ate my favourite food but maintaing the quantity)and managed to loose 15 kgs in 4 months that too in a healthy way and the only secret to my weight loss was the changes I made in my lifestyle. I didn’t follow a crash diet or any modern new diet . I made sure I eat protein at every meal , made my body move through out the day . I walked 10,000 steps a day and also exercider daily even if I couldn’t hit the gym any day due to any random reason. Also please take 3-4 liters of water daily I know many of you will say that drinking this amount of water will make you guys end up in the washroom every minute but believe me this will become a habit very soon. MONDAY : (Breakfast ) Two whole egg + a slice of brown bread (Lunch) Rice /Roti + Veg + Non veg of your choice (Dinner) Panner chickpea salad and hell lot of water
TUESDAY: (Breakfast) Overnight oats (Lunch) Tawa pulao+ salad + veg (Dinner) panner bhurji + slice of multigrain bread
WEDNESDAY:(Breakfast ) chicken sandwich (Lunch) Quinoa and veggies + non veg (Dinner) Bowl of papaya and one glass milk
