The word Friendship triggers many memories. Few good, few bad and many more habits and swear words. I think the world famous reality show “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” has had its huge success based on this fact of Memories and Habits.

Every character in the F.R.I.E.N.D.S show is a part of our innate behavior and habits. Don't believe it?

                                       Let me prove.

Lets get started by digging up with Dr. Geller.

Ross Geller                                                              

• A man of science, who was passionate about Paleontology could not only achieve his goal but also had an extraordinary carrier digging up the fossils. He could impress his only crush and had a happy life. Of course, he wasn't happy when they were on a break (If you know what I mean).
• A person with Doctorate had anger issues and was really really possessive about his sandwich which cost him his job for a few days.
• Aren't Ross's dedication and anger issues a part of our behavior and daily life? Of course YES. (Hence proved 1/6th of my statement.)
• Ross stood by Carole and Susan. He walked Carole down the aisle and gave her nothing but happiness. He was the one who convinced Carole when she told that her parents were against their marriage. A very broad minded optimist.
• He cared about his friends and was concerned about the safety of his female friends. Striking any bells? UNAGI.
• He's been a great father. I think, all the fathers out there are too.

As we've started with The Gellers, let us now look into someone's personality “who's the glue that holds the group”. You must have guessed it by now. It's MONICA.

Monica

• All of us who go for walk/ jog or works out to be fit and healthy have a Monica hidden in us. We owe a lot to that fat person inside us (I was talking about food).
• Each of us have our own likes and dislikes. We also have our own choices and preferences to make. We do have a wish list and a dream which we are awaiting to be fulfilled. Like wise, we are obsessed with something or obsessed about someone as Monica is obsessed with cleaning (OCD). The degree of obsession may vary. 
• She's a perfectionist and an expertise in her profession. I'm sure there are millions and millions out there who strive to be productive professionally.
• The struggle she's been through to get over Richard shows the will power she had. Having a break-up, being in that phase of not being yourself and getting over your ex-girl friend and ex-boyfriend needs great courage.
• Upon all these a kind hearted lady who adopted two kids and was ready to raise them with her husband. That was a huge and inspiring as well. 

Joey

• “ Joey doesn't share food” - tells us how important food is to him. There are such things in our life too which we wouldn't allow anyone to touch (not even Emma).
• That childish behaviour of Joey's reminds us that we all have a cute little child hidden within ourselves. The one who has to be pampered and taken care of by our near and dear ones.
• Beyond everything Tribbiani is a great roomie, a wonderful friend and a responsible brother. At some phase of our life we all play these triats too.
• Joey never gave up as an actor. He had seen ups and downs in his carrier; Made mistakes and of course learnt from them. We are no God. Henceforth, we shouldn't waste our time in weeping and thinking in fact do the opposite.
• It would be no less than a sin if I did not mention the Cowboy trait of Joey and his by birth flirting ability. There are of course many followers for Joey's “How you doin'? ". 

How many of you here are Musicophiles like Miss Buffay (Mrs. Hanington).

Pheobe

• I'm sure every one has a hidden talent of singing which probably comes out when no one is around. And lot of us may actually be good singers as well.
• Despite of an awful child hood and hectic challenges faced, happiness paved its way in Phoebe's life. As said by some great person (Mr. Bill Gates), ‘It is not your fault to be born poor but It definitely is your fault if you die poor. Pheobe’s life is an inspiration to me and I guess should be to every one.
• A lady of principles who hates "corporate blood sucking machines". We do have principles and terms (of our own) which we may breach.
• A person who's patience is a boon. If tested too much beyond the limit becomes bay and blasts out through yellings like “Pick up the sock Judy, Pick up the soooooocckkkk”. Yellings and quarrels are part and parcel of any healthy relationship.
• A person who is nature's best friend. Every one who is a vegetarian or has a kitchen garden or a pet has Phoebe Buffay in their pus and blood.

Raechel

• "The Drama Queen" (guys are no exception. The phrase can be reframed as “Drama King”). Every one who does a little bit drama here and then.
• She has transformed herself from Daddy's Li'l Princess to The Only Daughter Her Father Is Proud Of. A young girl who was naive and had no idea what to do with her life, became successful in the carrier she loves.  “GREENS NEVER QUIT” , whether it is in sailing a boat or a life. The determination and hard work are the two important traits that all the successful people followed and people in the journey of their success must follow. Or else there might be a change in destiny.
• She never hesitated to waitress in a copy shop until she was into Fashion carrier. What she cared was only her self-esteem and an independent life. This proves success isn't an overnight thing.
• She raised her kid and gave her everything she could (including her first birthday party).
• A responsible and patient sister who took great care of her spoiled younger sister. Despite of all the troubles Amy gave her, Raechel always loved her and gave her proper guidance until she understood what life is. 

Chandler Bing

• Could the man be any funnier? “The KING of Sarcasm” who makes inappropriate jokes when he is uncomfortable. 
• He had a childhood so terrible that he hated Thanks Giving despite of which he succeeded in Statistical analysis and Data Reconfiguration.
• He had a strong will without which he couldn't have quit smoking. Many out there have this will.
• He was always there for Joey and supported him like a brother. He might be the best roomie ever. We all have that one friend whom we run to in crisis.
• He always freaked out when it came to relationships but also fought a Big Man like Richard for the same. He did everything and would have done anything for the love of his life Monica.
• He treated his wife with utmost respect. Loved her more than anything. In fact to that extent, where he agreed for insemination so that his wife would be a pregnant.

                            This is the reason why I believe all of us have a lot of similarities with each of the characters of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. And that's why we all could relate ourselves to all the characters. I'm a huge fan of this show and am eagerly waiting for the reunion.
