Hi comrades my adherents, this is just for you thought of giving a simple tip that you all might perceive already but just to let you know simple things are always best in life sometimes, so don't let it go just like that because it's too simple 

 we have lots of yummy and tasty foods and Western foods influence us a lot, but our simple daily food does wonders, just had in daily routine and intake of in your regular diets, which cures innumerable problems we face barely like that 

Snap list are

Curd/Yoghurt;-

Yoghurt is best for everything it has bacteria which induce digestion and aids in all sorts of stomach problems, Sustaining a healthy digestive system is also manageable with yoghurt for it has acidophilus – a good bacteria that eliminate stomach and other problems.

Similar to other easy-to-digest staples, this can be prepared in without cooking.

Granny's home-style homemade works best.

Indian Gooseberries:-

Awesome sources of Indian gooseberries which reduce major diabetic best friends and also induce digestion, work well in for cold, boosting immunity, slow down ageing, & improving hair, skin, and throat health. These berries may also help in reducing blood sugar levels and improving heart health.

You can substitute for tomatoes and refreshments juice along with lemon and mint with a pinch of salt, which embodies an enormous amount of vitamin C compared to the rest of the fruits.

Guava:-

Nowadays we missing the originality of Guava only hybrids available this does awesome, for internal organs and natural teeth cleaner compared to an apple, goggle your mouth with guava leaf water it is excellent in strengthening the gums and roots of teeth or you can brush your teeth with its powder.it is an excellent source of vitamin C and regulates our digestive tracts.

Guava is called a superfood for a sense, it is rich in numerous nutrients that can boost you in incredible ways. The folic acid and vitamin B9 present in guava facilitate the growth of your baby’s nervous system and stave off any neurological ailment in them. So, keep guava handy when pregnant.

Fenugreek:-

It is a simple ingredient that we use in the kitchen to work wifreeiple functioning, fenugreek has benefits for lowering blood sugar levels, boosting testosterone, and increasing milk production in preferred mothers.

Fenugreek may also reduce cholesterol levels, lower inflammation, and help with appetite control.

Even you can use green methi leaves as dried and fresh in Rotis and Gravies

Banana Stem:-

Banana stems are also very high in potassium and vitamin B6, which concurrently aid the muscles and the body’s production of haemoglobin. the cooling eye is meant for components in the heated, humid climate and is used to stimulate overall health. The stalks are predominately juiced, and the juice is left unstrained for use as a nutritional drink to help regulate blood pressure and maintain insulin levels. The juice is also used as a diuretic to remove toxins from the body and help prevent urinary tract infections and kidney stones.

Banana stems are cooked with lentils and spices, cooked into curries and coconut milk, fried into crispy snacks, chopped and mixed into vegetable stir-fries
