Music is an art of sounds of various voices and the instrument in the background which makes music more attractive. The magic in music is the voice of the artist and the instrumental sound which heals a person. Music helps a person to be happy. Music is a form of meditation. It heals a person emotionally and mentally. It has the power to cure diseases such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.Music is considered a language people around the world connect universally. If you are a student or a professional, you will find music to be the best companion that makes you work better. There is one of the fascinating psychological facts about music that relates to the way you see the world around you. 

Music is all around us. It’s on the radio, on TV, in the background in department stores and restaurants, and even on our smartphones! Music is important in our everyday lives and it’s a common discussion topic in English, too. Learn to talk about the music you like in English using these key words and expressions.

Music can give you a frisson. Frisson is a strong emotional feeling that a person feels when he listens to music. It's scientifically proven that by singing we can reduce oru stress.Music can ease pain and make us more confident in managing pain. We already know that music reduces stress. A daily dose of music makes you mentally stronger and sharper.

Prof Graham Welch, Chair of Music Education, the Institute of Education at the University of London explained that singing and listening to music have remarkable psychological effects.  Its impossible to imagine a world without music. The small sounds we hear are in the form of music,like the sound of breeze, the sounds of the sea waves,birds chirping and many more. The famous Albert Einstein said “that nothing has gave him pleasure than listening to music ”. As I am obsessed with music, I want to share my point of view in music.

      “Music is a language that doesn’t speak in particular words. It speaks in emotions".

Music therapy is an interpersonal process in which a trained therapist uses music and all of its facets--physical, emotional, mental, social, aesthetic, and spiritual—to help clients to improve or maintain their health. In some instances, the client's needs are addressed directly through music; in others they are addressed through the relationships that develop between the client and therapist. 

Music is a vital aspect of culture. It has the ability to invoke age-old traditions or to incite people to social change. Music's ability to connect individuals to social and cultural experience is one of its most important characteristics.
