All our life we have seen in the movies and in the books, that if you do good, everything good will happen for sure! And those who do bad will cause bad to happen to them in the end. But in real life, its always your test each day each second and the truth will not entirely depends on the result. Its the hardwork and positivity that makes us a conductable human being. Because all humans have a good and bad side to them. Its just their experience or situation that bring out reactions which are not really good. Life seems unfair to the people who view themselves as not good enough as compared to those who value their life and try to be unexpectable as can be. People's perception towards life should change to have the happiness they wish for.
To stay positive is to always try to strive for good thought process. Once it is accomplished the harder part is to never give up being positive even if it does not feel right for the time being. There are few tips if we follow it religiously and consistently, it will definitely change your inner unrest self to a peaceful and content human.
Before sleeping make checklist of basic things that be easily achieved even with a busy lifestyle. e.g. greeting everyone we one with a smile, kiss and hug our family, grateful for the littlest blessing we have, etc.
Next morning keep a reminder on your mobile to remind you of understanding people's opinion. e.g. never argue with anyone even if you are right, to think that may be the other person is going through some rough time and its effects are shadowing on you, to smile at the person who is insulting you with the thought that we need it more than anybody.
Helping people in need. Humans are always in need of each other. e.g. giving atleast a 1 rupee tip to the roadside vendor, helping neighbours or stangers with chores, helping our family at home with cleaning or household chores.
Forgiving humans before sleeping. e.g. even if the other had caused you harm which cannot be undone, forgiving them thinking they will also change when the right time comes.
Eat well and healthy and sleep on time.
Being content with what you have and not compare ourselves with others.
Even in the heat of the moment always try to think of good of everything. e.g. if someone start complaining try to understand that persons point of view, do not get offended by people's remarks. Your behaviour or positivity is what defines you even if nobody sees it.
Never try to impress anyone. Be conductable and honest.
These tips one will have to follow till death to be at peace. every day is a new day with its own set of challengesand striving for the best of oneself is what is success regardless of you win or lose.
