Everyone struggle to get a healthy lifestyle and losing weight in these hasty days so, here are the 17 simple weight loss tips to loss weight at home in an effective manner, that you can adapt in your day to day life style without much efforts in just 30 days of persistent journey!!

  1. Freshly prepared meals are always the best choice. 
  2. ensure to add all the food groups in your diet and do not omit certain food groups completely.

 3.  never skip your breakfast            it should be eaten after             30minutes of waking up

4.  breakfast should be healthy     and wholesome like          upma,idly ,eggs,poha, oats etc 

5.  lunch should be medium    affairs like rice of medium       portion with salads , chicken,fish and other protein veg and non veg sources and combine with green leafy vegetables.

6. dinner should be light as much as possible with some foods such as kichdi,dal and not fried and oily foods. 

7.dinner should be taken before two  to three hours of sleep with mindfulness.

8. hot water -drinking hot water as much as possible helps to shed those extra pounds. 

9. practice mindful eating that is ,don't distract your self by watching tv , mobile phones, creepy talks….

 10. Get plenty of sleep of 6-9 hours at proper sleeping cycle.

11. portion control  - practice portion control slowly so that your body can adapt to it .

12. dont stress yourself to loss weight because it will produce stress harmones like cortisol which brings you obesity if you do things right it will yield you.

11. consistency is the key to success so be patient until you get it and do not rush yourself.Rome was not built in a day .

13.dont take refined carbs take complex carbs as much as possible complex carbs like millets,pulses etc

14. Cut refined sugar because that have higher glycemic index.alternate it with moderate complex sugars

15.Physical exercise- walking, household works, skipping ropes ,jogging , simple exercises regularly.

16.2-3 mini meals should be taken in between each meals like fruits ,nuts, dark chocolates,oil free pop corns and low calorie foods.

17. drink enough water of at least 2.5 litres and do sip and drink.
