What Makes You Fit? Easy Tips ....

Hey guys, how you all doing, i hope you are doing great.Now I am gonna share you the tips (or) like it was my experience i have done with my habits simply. Without getting delay lets get started. 

                  let me ask one question how many of you wants to stay fit and healthy ? answer is everyone right. I am gonna tell you the  habits which i have been following more than six months and i must say it has a very big impact on me both mentally and physically .

     Before 😇  : Six before i  assured myself  i want to boost my mental health  for as well as physical health. I did a plan to eat something nutritious and  to exercise daily. 

“ Everyday is a chance to become better”

    After   🙃   : Most trategic part is that i barely followed it only for fourdays and after  taken a break😶.  i felt something  i was missing and also i felt i loosed somehting. On next day i started to continue my exercise which is so relaxing and it has a good impact on the health and mind. In addition to that i am gonna give you some bonus at the end of this blog.

                                 Coming to next part which is healthy food habits, guys believe  me i am not gonna say about the healthy food habits.

              Just saying what i have did .In morning i have been eating groundnut which is soaked in water you may have some pulses that you would like tohave.Breakfast i eat what my mother offer to me mostly she will give me porridge of(millet, rye)Sometimes rice porridge also weekly 3 times after daily routines of dosa, idli , chapathi.

RYE PORRIDGE

   Afternoon, I have lunch with spinach and some veggies with egg. not daily but three of this included in my lunch. for dinner i will take some lite dinner and went to sleep.

         This is usual food habit of mine.Friends now we are moving  to gym and spending money in the name of healthy food.  Think how our ancesstors are stayed healthy fit than us. they didnt do anything they just followed the healthy food style and some exercises.

Sleep 8 hours daily in proper time it could help to your mental and physical health
