How To Be Mentally Strong?

 Hello readers, Great to have you here. lets dive into the topic. think that everyone is talking about you have to be physically strong and for that everyone is making good diet plan and going to gym doing lot and lot.

        But here comes with the question then what about mental strength?The less awarness among us about this right? Mental strength is important as equal to physical strength. In this blog i m going to say about five tips to improve your mental strength.

  1. Live in the present moment- Dont get overwhelmed by your past thoughts whether is sad or happy ignore it and live in the present just focus on the things right before you.When you focus on the present you will get to know you will have the power to make things right.

  2. Do Exercise your mind- Exercise for the mind is essential in order to gain the mental strength. Do some stretches that will boost the working of the brain.play some mind games like sudaku. Growth and development always needs time so dont be rapid. just focus on the process slowly you will come to know the changes that happened in you.

3.Challenge yourself- friends underestimating yourself and playing sage game hold you back from success when you believe in yourself and your abilities you often can go beyond unimaginable. 

       Einestin told" one should not pursue goals that are easily acheived ones must develop the instinct for what one can just barely achieve through ones greatest efforts."

4.Positvity ,mindfulness- You cannot control what comes in your way daily so have a positive mindset just leave the matters that is out of control. respond positively it will have great impact on you. also encourage and motivate others spread positivity. littile things you do have a very positive impact on you and others as well.

5.Do Self talks- Self talks will lead you understand youself in a positive manner.you come to know how you are and how your thought process is.Be thankful for what you have and always focus on solutions instead of focusing on the problems 

    be positive always if you know the things you cant control and you are feeling like you are incapable to do it , then for one second hold your breath stay positive.Everything will comes on your way.

Very well written. I just want to add with your points, one point . And that is we do not need to remember anything from the past, its absolutely correct, but if you had some funny and laugh-generating incidents, you really need to express and remember them and share them at present, in order to create some instant joy for everybody associated with that memory.👍👍❤❤
