Hello all!! Hope you all doing good and well. And here's my new blog will give you a ideas about dieting and exercising. And now I'm noticing my comments section has ver few comments and views also reduced.., so you people should be interact with me for more information regarding my blogs. First, we'll see about diet… There's no special need to be on diet. Just stay healthy and eat nutritious food and rarely you can take cheat meals.., but apart from this a very easy and effective simple solution to have a perfect diet. Here you go..,Many people ask me to tella diet for weight or inch loss. So, I have preferred the same issue here (Below).
Tips to follow in Dieting :
First step in Dieting was.., it should be calorie or carbohydrates deficit. So..here you going to restrict Carbohydrates rich foods like Idly, Dosa, Rice, and starchy foods like potatoes, yam etc..,
Avoid drinking fruits juices. Instead you can have a raw or whole fruits without blending it.
Cut down your sugars. Tea or coffee with sugars will not lead you in weight loss. Reduce your sugar intake and products like cakes, desserts, bakery products also processed foods too.
Drink adequate water because it boost your metabolism and this will help you in progressive function of your body. And don't drink excess water it will lead you over hydrated.
Avoid Junk or Fried foods it will tempt you to eat those foods all the time. Quantity is must while dieting. So, once in a week you can have your cheat meals like pizzas, burger, donuts, cakes etc.., but not make it as habit.
Tips to follow while exercising:
Start slowly and follow consistency.
Don't eat or drink anything heavy before exercises.
Do follow exercise that suits you
Always ask your doctor before starting any new activity.
Pre exercising meals: should be light like bananas, Almonds, Coconut water, buttermilk etc..,
Post exercising meals: like protein shakes, egg omlette, sandwich with sprouts, protein bars, glucose etc..,
Don't make Stress on yourself to do exercises. It's minimum 30mins of physical activity per day is enough and consistency is important.
And my opinion regarding diet and exercise is both should be parallel to each other. Should give equal importance to both. Then only you I'll find a long term health benefits.
