             Hello readers , i back again with some interesting topic i often feel bad about my skin and also visited dermatalogist. whatever the problem in your skin is occur because of dust excess oil secreation lead to pimples. In this blog i  am going to tell you that tips that i followed and i swear it will give drastic change in your skin.

  1. DRINK 3L WATER DAY- Guys , It is very essential to drink 3L Per day which is very essential for skincare.

   2.WASH FACE FREQUENTLY THRICE A DAY- It is a very essential step

 to get ridoff germs from your face wash with some face washes which suits your skin best.

3. EAT VEGGIES AND  JUICE-  Take enormous veggies and drink weekly thrice mixer of carrot and beetroot  juice. keep doing this for 2 months then see the result.Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C. Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

When you think about the effect this type of diet can have on your health, it’s troubling. It’s of little wonder the rates of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and other metabolic diseases have increased steadily over the last few years.

A spread of many fruits and vegetables you can incorporate into to your diet.

To avoid being part of these statistics, you can start bringing your diet more in line with nature, and that means eating more fruits and vegetables. Here are the top 10 reasons that

1 Fruits and veggies are a great source of minerals and vitamins. You cant find a better nutritional source than fruits and veggies, which are  fully packed with vitamins c, A and E,. For potassium, one of the most is the most important factor needed for your health and your skin.

2 You get to enjoy a variety of flavors and textures. With all their unique and flavors, plant-based foods let you get creative in the kitchen. You can try  like onions, olives and peppers, or milder options such as mushrooms and corn. For sweet flavors, fruits like pineapple, grapes or plums are great, while lemons and grapefruits are more sour.which contains enormous amounts of things which is needed for healthy skin.

3 Lots and lots of fiber. Most fruits and vegetables have good amount of fiber to energise up and boost health, but some have more than others. Fiber-rich vegetables include reen peas, broccoli and cauliflower. High-fiber fruits include raspberries, pears, apples and pumpkin.

Enjoying fruits and vegetables is a great way to improve your health and actually enjoy what you eat. While it may take a little creativity, effort and an open mind to try new things, switching to a diet with more fruits and veggies is definitely worth it!

and some extra things i am doing this is when ever i am going out i  apply sunscreen on my face. It reduces tanning in your face.and also protect your skin from uv rays.

avoid going out in extreme sun hours  11 am-4 pm.this is simple tips i have been following to protect my skin.
