                       â€¢â€¢â€¢THE SECRET•••

"There is a truth deep down inside of you that has been waiting for you to discover it, and that truth is this: you deserve all good things life has to offer."

The Secret is a wonderful book by Rhonda Byrne.

The book explains how the law of attraction, which states that positive energy attracts positive things into your life, governs your thinking and actions, and how you can use the power of positive thinking to achieve anything you can imagine.

As the book says, there are three essence must be added to our life;

• The law of attraction is one of the most prevalent principles in the world.

• To use the law of attraction, you must think about what you want, not what you want to avoid.

• The three steps of the law of attraction are asking, believing, and receiving.

How to use the secret??

All humans are creators. According to Byrne’s application of the law of attraction, you create your whole life. To use the law of attraction to your advantage, you must adhere to the following steps:

• Ask: To get what you want, you must first ask for it. However, you must be clear about what you want before you ask for it.

• Believe: Here, you must believe that what you want is already yours. Understand that the moment you ask for it, you will have received it. Once you ask, the universe shifts to accommodate for your want. You must have faith in the law.

• Receive: The final step in the process is simply receiving what you’ve asked for and relishing in it.

Finally, although thinking positively won't make you magical, it can help you behave in a more constructive way. We limit our potential when we make incorrect assumptions about who we are and what we can do. We tend to search for data to support our conclusions about ourselves and to ignore anything that contradicts them once we have made them about ourselves. It's known as confirmation bias in psychology circles. The inclination we have to look for, analyze, prioritize, and remember data in a way that validates or bolsters our ideas is known as confirmation bias. We should naturally look for little things that confirm our good beliefs if we begin to gradually think more positively. This advances us.
