How To Calm Your Brain?

As we all know that our body is a multifunctioning system working with many cells forming up tissues which further form up organs and hence forming the organ system. The body in itself is a complex system which we can relate to a computer. Like a computer has various parts with CPU as its brain and it's very necessary to cool it down. The CPU has fan for cooling but your brain has nothing like a fan to cool it down.

Millions of thoughts are being processed every second in our brain among which we are only conscious about few. The mind has its own two phases- the conscious one and the subconscious. We are just aware of the thoughts going on in our conscious mind and not that of the subconscious mind but our life is a result of our visualizations of both these phases.

Most of the times we are unaware of what are we going through and hence it is the subconscious mind that is into play. This haphazard is going on continuously whether we are thinking about it or not or whether we want to think about it or not. So, the question now is how can you calm it down.

The answer is it is impossible to control your mind or your thoughts and the more you will try to control the thoughts, more they will start boosting and only you can do is diminish them and the easiest way to diminish your thoughts is by Breath Work that is just take in deep breath and exhale. Just be aware of your breaths. We are continuously breathing throughout the day irrespective of we want to or not and hence it is not in our control but if we just focus on our breath then it will calm our mind and can act like the CPU's fan. Give it a try when you are very angry or anxious just close your eyes, take a deep breath in and exhale, it will surely calm you down.

The other methods are Meditation, yoga. To many of us who don't understand what meditation is and how to do it then it simply is nothingness and you can gain nothingness by just focusing on nothing and that again is possible by the Breath work. So, make this breath work a main part of your life whenever you feel you are in chaos and declutter your mind peacefully.
