SO LETS START WITH THE RECIPE!!
Making Red Sauce:
Heat up a pan and in about a 3 tablespoon of oil and add finely chopped 6-7 cloves of garlic, 1 finely chopped Onions and very small pieces of chicken then cook it for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add some oregano and basil also add for about 1 teaspoon of Red chili flakes. mix the herbs and cook for about it for a minute more. Cooking the herbs and spices in oil like this brings in a very nice flavor.
Now after 1 minute we'll place the tomatoes in the oil that are cut into 2 of each tomato. After adding the tomatoes just give it a good stir and then add it about 1 teaspoon of salt then mix it well. Cover the pan and cook it for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes we can how tomatoes release their skins. You can keep the skins if you want otherwise remove it with a spoon. Next Step is to keep cooking the tomatoes and keep breaking it. It'll take about 10-15 minutes to make this red sauce because slow cooking of red sauce brings the best flavor.
After about 10-15 minutes this sauce will start leaving the sides of the pan. Then add about ½ teaspoon of paprika/Red Chili and little bit of sugar and cook it for about 3-4 minute. Optional is tomato ketchup can be added in between.
PASTAAA!!
Now lets make the final pasta.
Take a pan and Start adding everything in layer wise NOTE: DO NOT MIX
Start cooking at very low flame for about 2 minutes with the pan covered.
And wolllaaa!! Its ready and can serve for about 6-7 people
