Chicken Biryani- Simple Steps

Hey everyone. Since most of us are quarantined and are at their houses trying out different food recipes. So i ll suggest you to try this amazing and simple chicken biryani recipe.Yes. the steps i ll be telling you is way too simple and yet very tasty just need few items that are already at home. Before starting let me telling something about chicken biryani 

Chicken biryani is savory rice dish with spicy marinated chicken, fried onions, and aromatic saffron rice. So for this biryani lets keep it simple and tasty and without wasting time….

LETS START!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2KG of Chicken
  • 4-5 cups of biryani rice
  • ¼ cup of Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp of Garam masala
  • 1 cup of oil ( any oil)
  • 4 tsp of ghee
  • 2 tsp of red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • Handful of coriander leaves and Pudina (mint leaves)
  • 4-5 green chiili
  • 5 chopped big Onions
  • 1 chopped big Tomato
  • ½ litre curd
  • salt as per the taste
  • Olive Oil
  • Orange color

SO LETS BEGIN MAKING THIS AMAZING RECIPE!!

FIRST, 
Take a pan and add oil of about 5 tsp, when its hot add 2 chopped onions into it. fry it in a high flame and once turned dark brown switch off the flame(ADDITIONAL : can also fry cashews nuts with this)

SECOND, (MARINATING THE CHICKEN)
Add the chicken into a bowl with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder also add the coriander and mint leaves with green chillies. Mix it well and then add the curd with salt as per your taste with the little bit of fried onions from the above step. mix all this very well, you can also add a little bit of olive oil for good taste and keep it in the fridge for about half an hour. You can also keep it outside

THIRD,
For making rice, boil 1 and half litre of water and add the basmati rice. cook this basmati rice until its 90% cooked. the rest rice 10% should be cooked with chicken.

LAST STEP,
Take a big pot. Make sure this pot can take the rice as well as all the masalas, so begin with adding 4 tsp of oil and add the rest of the chopped onions until light brown, then add the tomatoes. fry it for about 2 minutes, after that add the marinated chicken that is the second step and cook for about 10 minutes in high flame with continuously stirring so that it does not burn. After that slow the flame and start adding the cooked rice. we can add the rice in 2 layers. first layer, the fried onions, ghee, coriander leaves and colored water sprinkled on the rice similarly the second layer will also have the same step. close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in a very simmer flame.
