Hi guyzzz….As the covid 19 continues to keep all of us at home it's easy to get attracted to bad habits.During this difficult time we need a bit of support to our mental as well as our physical health.so here I am to suggest and give some tips to deal with this situation.In these difficult times it’s important to focus on some of the positives in our lives. One such positive way is our access to technology it is such a powerful tool for bringing us together. With our smartphones, internet access, webcams, and other methods of communication, it’s been so easy to be in touch with our friends family etc Although many of us can't see friends and our loved one face to face we can still be in touch with one another like there are plenty of ways to do so like we can call them,message them or we can arrange some online activities like we can play online games this is the way we can keep our mind active for positive mental health.
Secondly,since we have not much to do during lockdown period people what usually do is go outside to buy only essential things and watch tv show every day and what we do is eat unhealthy snack while watching tv.People also eat to fight off boredom so it will make us gain weight soon we will face health issues related to heart diseases and many more but we can easily keep our weight down even during lockdown .Many people go to gym,exercise outside,they can do other activities like swimming or join aerobics ,walking ,cycling many more but since we have to maintain a social distancing we can't go outside well we do workout in our home without equipments we can do free hand exercise like jumping,free squats,burpees,dancing etc
Diet should also be proper first is control your calorie intake dont go for junk food go for a healthy one choose multi grain or whole grain wheat and avoid maida keep your metabolism active,stay hydrated.
A best exercise routine and healthy food can keep u in stape beside healthy food and workout we can also improve our immunity against covid.
Beside this make a regular routine what I usually do is get up early in morning drink some warm lemon water this helps to stay me active all the time then go for some exercise or go for a walk or running anything you want then do some healthy breakfast after that so some stuff which can keep my mind postive all the day read some books which motivates me to be calm during tough times.You all can surely do if u decide to do. All these small tips will definitely help u to get out of the stress and keeping u positive all the day
