In India during lockdown many of us became chef or master chef at our home and the common Quarantine dish is "Pani Puri".
Different tastes in single dish. Spicy..Sweet..Sour..all combination you will get in it.. and the result is satisfaction of taste buds.

Puri or dry golgappe are easily available in market
Take 1cup wheat flour add 2tablespoon semolina add salt per taste and make a little hard dough with warm water and leave it for 15-20 minutes rest.
Later take a ball size dough and roll it like Chapati (Indian bread) then cut with help of round cookies cutter.
Cover the ready puris with wet clothes till you make all puri .
Take a pan heat the oil and fry on high flame till become crispier.
Your homemade Puri is ready for Puchka treat
Actual taste and flavour are depend on Pani so here is the my recipe of Pani.
Masala i.e fillings you can take as per your choice sprouts or mashed potatoes with peas salt red chilli powder . Even you can add chopped onion if you like it.
Take 50gm coriander leaves 25gm mint leaves and 8-10green chillies add two tea spoon black salt small spoon of roasted cumin seeds and salt as per taste little water make a paste i.e green chutney.
Take a small bowl of tamarind pulp small bowl of jaggery you can add sugar instead of jaggery pinch of salt and small spoon of red chilli powder water and boil till become thick. Your tamarind paste i.e Mithi chutney is ready.
Now take one big bowl add tamarind pulp and gree chutney along with salt you can add salty boondi which is optional and add water your Spicy Pani for Golgappa is ready.
