In my previous blog, I have written about my first inspiration for writing my very first poem.

In today's blog, I am going to talk about few other. They are mostly some characters from few series and an artist ,who have left an impact over me and also introduced me to some of my hidden skills.

In February 2021, I started watching a comedy series based on the life of poetess Emily Dickinson, named "Dickinsons".

Through that series, I came to know so much about Miss. Dickinson and her poetry works. She was surely a phenomenal poet. Her works are incredible to read. 

From her poetry works, my favourite one is~

"I'm Nobody!

Who are you?

Are you -Nobody- too?"

After reading her various poems and acknowledging her writing style, once more after a long time, I tried my hands on poetry and created a new poem "Death~ A thought", in which I have compared Death with various other natural acts. I have written this poem in one of my old blog also .

After this, whenever I got any chance or any idea, I started composing poems (I am still a Rookie and have a long way to go!)

Then, in the month of May, I came across a Turkish Drama, "Erkenci kus" in which the female lead was a writer, and her character triggered me to grab a pen and write something from my heart. During this time, one of my friend introduced me to this platform, Candlemonk, and I took it as a great opportunity for making my writer side shine and so I started publishing blogs.

Through Instagram, I came to know about an artist whose works are magnificent. I got so much inspired by his works that I tried to portray him using some of his style with a little touch of mine (tho' I am not a good painter but still I tried). His name is Aditya and the Instagram account is @white.lotus8. The name of the art is also "Newly Risen Sun: Aditya" (as that style was new for me).

Through this all, I came to know that I am combination of all those characters I have watched and read in novels, all those people I have met or came to know about. Everyone have left a mark over me and due to most of them I came to know more about myself.
