Take dairy or notes and make a list of points you want to do on next morning and keep it side of your pillow, to see it when you wake up.
2 . Plan your Morning.
Make a habit to wake up at 5:00 AM, place a photo or paper quote , which motivates you more( this photo should appear as soon as wake up from bed). Don't touch phone until two hours after you wake up. do meditation or exercises for at least 30 minutes. exercise will helps you to be active full day. meditation remove's stress and keeps your mind peaceful. Next read a book you like. refresh yourself and plan your work according to time and do it.
