Though I was not that fat but I was not fit for sure . I had the PCOD and my periods was so irregular that even sometimes I did cried that time and each and every doctor I went to , they only said to lose some weight and eat healthy so I started motivating myself to loose weight and I started doing exercise but I did exercise for only 7 minutes or 10 min a day and surely I get to know that they are not effective so I started to do fasting with my mom sometime but that also failed .
After so many fails I was depended on medicine to control PCOD and ya I want to clear that in my report it was written that I was likely to have PCOD not sure . but after my 10th boards and then staying at home bcz of lockdown I started doing exercise again but not for 7 or 10 min , I did for at least 30 min a day so this big change comes because my older cousin sister .She suggested me to do Emi Wong workouts from youtube and I started doing that and with that I eat my dinner before 8 pm after that I did not eat anything until next morning and in the morning I firstly drink lemon and hot water then eat anything . At first it was hard to follow but after sawing the results in just 10 -15 days , I started to like doing exercise now I do it for 1 hr including warm up and cooldown and almost after 4-5 months I went from 70kg to 60 kg. My clothes get loosen of course I don't want to wear them but I had to but most importantly I started to get my periods every month .
Did you only ate salads and no sugar and full dieting ?? well, I know that's the question you are willing to ask . So amazingly NO . I did not ate salads at all .I ate the normal Indian food but I rarely eat rice like once in a week and I did not have the cheat meals rather when I was willing to eat something I eat but in control and I did eat a lot when it was party time but not everyday . I ate sweets and cakes too but not regularly . Only one thing dieting and workout can't work , you have to do both . sometimes I felt demotivated because friends and family laughed at me but I take that laugh in my profit and whenever I had to do some hard workout I remember those laughed people and that makes me feel to not give up.
