In today's life due to n' number of facts, the level of competitiveness has been increased.
Have you ever noticed in every sector irrespective of age, size or knowledge there is high competitiveness, because of which we have forgotten to improve.
We just want to survive because not to lack behind.
In this whole cycle instead of improving we just want to skip that matter of fact and move on.
"MOVE ON" has just taught us to leave and let go.
WHY?
Can't you improve things, situations or yourself!
Ask one question to yourself Are you living to the full extent?
I know most of you will say No!
But there is no need to worry because I'm going to tell you a secret.
"KIA ZEN"
Have you ever noticed how Japan after World War Two has rapidly improved and developed in every sector.
The secret behind it is "KAI ZEN". Kia Zen is the Sino-Japanese word used for "Improvement".
It means keep Improving and Evolving.
Kia Zen is generally been applied in health care, psychotherapy and life coaching.
After World War Two the Japanese started practising Kia Zen in their business as well as day to day life.
For example, everyone used to give suggestions and implementation upon that was made compulsory or we can say it was made to the full extent.
If you are living in a building and you plant some plants in a pot on every floor of the building then one must take responsibility to water them daily and the other one should clean the area daily.
Ok Now Do you want to apply Kia Zen in your life?
Yes!
Then let's check how much did you understand.
Raise your hands!
Look you have just raised your hands.
Now raise them high up as much as you can.
See now you have raised them to the full extent that's Kai Zen.
If I would have asked the same to the small kids they would hav raised their hands fully at the first attempt only.
Because kids are very enthusiastic.
They just love to do irrespective of what others think.
As we grow, we start to conserve ourselves, become shy, we start to think too much.
Be like a kid and always be happy.
Don't ever think LOG KYA KAHENGE YA SOCHENGE!

There was a Guru who used to says START FROM NOTHING BUT PRACTICE EASY.
Because if we try to do anything difficult, at the first try only we would say No Yeah Mujhse Nahi Hoga. Right!
But if we have the practice to do the smaller or the easiest thing, at some point of time the difficult things which ones we would look at them like that, would look now as the easiest one.
