Story:

A courageous Indian soldier named Pathaan is a member of Nandini's JOCR (Joint Operation and Covert Research) (Dimple Kapadia). The courageous spy is on a mission to stop Outfit X and rogue agent Jim (John Abraham) from invading India. Pathaan receives assistance from Pakistani doctor Rubina Mohsin (Deepika Padukone) in locating "Raktbeej," which Jim is searching for to destroy India. However, once Deepika chooses a side, things shift. Rubina's identity. Describe Raktbeej. Why did Jim wish to obliterate India? Who is Jim? Was Pathaan's quest a success? All the solutions are in the main film.

Plus Points:

Shah Rukh Khan is King Khan in Pathaan, and he is the film's main selling point. He hasn't been in an action film for a very long time. Pathaan gives SRK fans precisely what they desire. The narration is what elevates the good plot into a stylish film.

Shah Rukh Khan looks fantastic in action as the valiant Indian soldier. It's entertaining to witness his swagger, elegance, and funny one-liners. In addition, Deepika Padukone plays a substantial role and participates in the conflict with the enemy of the state.

John Abraham is the one who deserves praise. He is a chic villain thanks to his appearance and behaviour. With this movie, he shows that he can effortlessly play an adversary. Audiences fixate their attention on screens during the face-off sequences between SRK and John.

Minus Points:

Shah Rukh Khan fans will get everything they're looking for in Pathaan. Although Siddharth Anand's plot is passable, it might have been far better. More flesh was needed for the plot, even though the narration makes up for it.

The VFX is poor, particularly during the action scenes. Poor VFX is solely to blame for the artificial appearance of the action sequences. For a few sequences, spectators must suspend rationality in order to fully experience the wonder.

Technical Aspects:

In his roles as a writer and director, Siddharth Anand performs a terrific job. But the tale itself required further attention. The conversation is excellent. The soundtrack and the cinematography are both top-notch. The production values are adequate. The editing is good, but the VFX should have been stronger.

Verdict:

Pathaan is a high-octane action thriller that features Deepika's beauty, Shah Rukh Khan's best performance, and John Abraham's villainy. With the exception of a few excessive action moments, the movie is pretty entertaining. You may thus watch this thrilling action film this weekend without giving it a second thought.
