The announcement for Ola Electric's Independence Day celebration is complete, and the company has confirmed the upcoming departure of its EV car. The company claims the vehicle will debut in 2024 and have a 500 km range. It announced an S1 bike and an additional battery. Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola and a fellow donor, has talked of getting an EV revolution in India for the event. He promises that the company's Ola Future manufacturing facility will eventually want to produce 1,000,000 EVs.

For some time now, Agarwal has been disclosing information on the car declaration. In any event, it appears that the new EV vehicle won't be available right now. the car will go from 0 to 100 every four seconds, according to Ola's primary revelations. However, the vehicle won't be available until 2024, thus this advancement is still in construction.

EV bikes are already available from Ola, but there have been safety concerns raised about these products over the past few months. Aggarwal claims that the Ola Electric vehicle will have a contemporary design.

In order to gain momentum in India's fledgling EV market, Ola Electric's CEO announced on Monday that his company would launch an all-electric car with a 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration time of just four seconds.

Bhavish Aggarwal provided diverse perspectives on the Indian-made car, which would be its most iconic electric vehicle, in a video display.

He claimed that it would have a range of around 310 miles (about 500 kilometres) per charge, an all-glass roof, and assisted driving capabilities. The electric vehicle would also lack a handle and a key. In 2024, the company plans to launch the vehicle.

He claimed that because international automakers believe the Indian market isn't ready for elite innovation, they offer their outdated technology there. He said that this ought to have been changed.

Aggarwal also announced plans to expand the organization's "Futurefactory" in Tamil Nadu state, which now focuses on the production of two-wheel electric cars, in order to create what he termed a "full-EV centre point."

He said that when operating at full capacity, the drawn-out office will annually produce 1 million cars, 10 million bicycles, and 100 gigawatts of cells. The world's largest EV environment at a single location will be this... reconsidered Ola Futurefactory, according to Aggarwal.

The ride-hailing company Ola established its electric vehicle division, Ola Electric, in 2011. SoftBank Group has expressed curiosity about Ola and Ola Electric.

India, which is on track to overtake China, the EU, and the US as the world's most populous nation in a year, is still relatively untapped in terms of the market for electric vehicles.
