One-off automobiles are ones for which just one unit has been produced because they were designed at the client's whim.They pay a premium for it with the assurance that neither Cristiano Ronaldo nor anybody else can order the identical one.Ferrari can build these special vehicles, for which it requires two years, but only after several client video conversations or factory visits.
The SP51, the most recent model developed using this methodology, has been finished and unveiled.Few Ferrari models are this beautiful from front to back, therefore the automobile needs to be examined thoroughly. It was built on a foundation similar to the 812 GTS.
However, significant changes have been made by the Ferrari Styling Centre, under the direction of designer Flavio Manzoni.
It is clear that this vehicle is a "targa" style since the driver and passenger may ride without a roof, but there is a sturdy carbon fiber arch behind their heads.
Furthermore, Ferrari correctly recalls that this style of open roof design was previously employed in racing models at the start of that decade, despite the fact that the word Targa alludes to Porsche (who used it to refer to its 911 in the 1960s in honor of the Targa Florio race).
Both the headlamps and the wheels, which have carbon fiber components in each of their spokes, have distinctive designs.
Numerous carbon fiber components are left unpainted, and the three-layer Rosso Passionale color used to embellish the bodywork was created especially for this design.
A longitudinal white and blue two-tone stripe down the bodywork, modeled by that of the 1955 Ferrari 410 S, was requested by the owner to compliment it.
But what's noticeable is that this band is still there inside the passenger area, particularly in the space in between the seats.
Alcantara seats have been added inside that are as similar in color to the exterior as possible, and white and blue stitching has been reinstated on the steering wheel and central tunnel.
The remainder of the vehicle is made entirely of glossy carbon fiber and Nero Momo Opaco components.
Nothing has been said regarding the powertrain, which we assume has not changed from the 812 GTS's in any way.
The consequence is that its front-mounted 6.5-liter V12 engine produces 800 horsepower and 718 Nm of torque. It is anticipated to have a peak speed of 340 km/h and a 0 to 100 acceleration time of three seconds.
Although the lucky owner's identity is unknown, it has been made known that he is from Taiwan, has a long history of being a Ferrari client, and is also one of the most renowned Ferrari automobile collectors in the world.
