Mental Health,a Matter Of Concern

We often hear about people having anxiety ,depression,insomnia,mood disorder..but than at the same time we even see people ignoring it and not wanting to talk about it perhaps may be because it has no physical symptoms like any other disease or due to traditional thinking process that has been forged into our minds.                                                                     In that case we should actually be having a caring heart and an intelligent mind so as to recognise its symptoms and empathetic ways of dealing with it..We must remember it is 100 percent curable ..all we need Is some patience and a caring heart that can listen and not judge.                                                Few symptoms of it includes anxiety,difficulty sleeping,loss of appetite or sometimes stressful eating,feeling worthless and in extreme cases suicidal thoughts. So it’s one of the major issue that our society is yet to accept it.Few things that we can do is keep in touch with our loved ones..Don‘t judge an individual impulsively ,If someone shares things with u about how he or she is feeling ..don’t make fun instead just listen to it because sometimes all an individual needs is a caring heart and non judgemental ears. Apart from this we should also be Aware about the facilities that’s available in order to cope up with mental health..There are counselling sessions (I know they charge but trust me when we can pay to a normal doctor for medicines we should also be able to pay them as well for our mental fitness).self help method that can be applied is working out it could be  in any form like gym ,jogging,free hand at home or even long walks with good music .We often hear people that no matter how u feel get up dress up and show up…well I would like to modify that and say that no matter how u feel..understand ur feelings and if you are feeling tired take a day rest..just be with yourself there is no harm in giving space to yourself from the world and than the next day come up with maximum force..One biggest factor about mental depression is some days we feel that we are coping with it easily while some days are the hardest..And thats a common problem ..that is why we got to maintain the consistency..Always remember that our happiness lies only in our hands.
