Yeah today I am going to share a recipe which every age group enjoy and love to have it. It's something that make most people smile and it chills every dude appetite. In this stressful , hectic life everyone needs some dessert too.Why to worry when you too can make it in simple way. So without taking your much time . Here the hidden dish is Ice-cream🍨 . Yes , love for ice~cream is by all regardless of their age. So let's start with the recipe. Firstly I will share the ingredients which are required and than the method of making your own delicious ice cream.

Ingredients Required are :

1 litre milk

8 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp Corn flour use this for making the mixture (make the mixture by using 2 tbsp of corn flour and 4 tbsp of cold milk)

1 pack of fresh amul cream

1 tbsp Vanilla essence

Desired flavor

Plastic wrap or cling wrap

Air tight container

Method of making your own ice cream :

Take a pan, now take 1 litre milk and boil it on low flame for 20 mins now add 8 tbsp of sugar again let it boil for 20 mins on low flame and now add corn flour mixture , let it cook till it gets thick… but don't forget that you have to stir it continuously. After that now add 1 pack of fresh cream and vanilla essence now let it cool. Once it cools add your desired flavor (like chocolate syrup for chocolate flavor, crushed oreo biscuits for oreo ice cream, strawberry syrup for strawberry flavor, butterscotch syrup for butterscotch flavor or whatever you love) you can add choco chips too etc after this now let it freeze for 2 hrs and after 2 hrs churn and than again churn after 2 hrs with electric beater now let it freeze overnight always cover with cling wrap than air tight lid.
