What You Think ; You Become!

Welcome to my blog! As a budding blogger, I am honored that you have chosen to visit my blog. Whether you are facing challenges or seeking to improve your mindset, I hope you find the content on this blog helpful and uplifting. 

A mind is a powerful tool that makes or breaks you. As the famous Buddha said, "MIND IS EVERYTHING. WHAT YOU THINK, YOU BECOME."Though those words were in the olden days those were the golden words. These words have deep truths that are important even in our lives today.

Each and every neuron in our brain factory works according to the commands given by our mind. Our thoughts have the power to shape reality. Though it's difficult to pave the path initially when we walk on the same path with full confidence and considerable effort, keeping the negative thoughts aside, we can see the magic that happens in the journey. If the negative thought hits like “No one did this then how can I?” or “Am I capable of reaching my goals?" or  “Is this achievable for me?”, It'll be the real hindrance in the journey. Don't try to put hindrances in your own path with your negative thoughts. Instead, have a positive and motivated thought like “ If I can't then who can?”, “I can achieve success in this journey” or  “Though it's difficult I never give up”.

Enjoy, love, and believe in each and every step of your journey. With no doubts, you'll reach your destination without any cramps.

According to Dr.Carol there are two types of mindsets in people.

  1. Fixed mindset
  2. Growth mindset

If a person has a fixed mindset, he/she believes that their skills, IQ, and EQ can't be changed over their lifetime. While people with the growth mindset believe that nothing can't be changed, he/she can improve if he/she decided to change or improve and put forth the effort. 

Let's try to be a person with a growth mindset.

If you think well and believe in yourselves, you can achieve great things. But if you have negative thoughts and don't believe in our abilities, you may struggle and fail.

The more you think positively, the more positive your life becomes. Cultivate good thoughts and spread positivity. Set your own life goals, have positive thoughts, believe in yourself strongly, make your own path, and run in the same. You'll reach your desired destination for sure.
