How do you analyze a situation? The same situation when seen from a different perspective may look different and also give a totally different meaning. I don't claim who is write and who is wrong, but here I have tried sincerely to see a single situation from three perspectives. I know there may be disagreements but that is agreeable. My only attamed through the three inter-connected poems is to understand how a single situation affects three different people in three different ways. I hope all my friends will be generous enough to go through the three poems and share their feelings with me.
The Three Perspectives
1. The Leader
Come on friends, it is time to wake
The pride and honor of our country is at stake.
We are a great and proud nation
We believe in struggle and not in meek submission.
The country today is in need of your courage,
Break all barriers, break all barrage.
You are the knights, you are the heroes
Your land looks at you, to wipe its sorrows.
The sky is filled with anxiety and grim.
The enemy is at doorstep, no more time to gleam.
Pick up the arm and get into the field.
Drops of your blood today, will be tomorrow’s yield.

2. The Soldier
Anxiety I have none, I have no fear
To fight is my duty, when the enemy is near
More than my wife, more than my son
My country is dearer to me, more than my mom.
You are my leader, you are my light
I shall not stay back, when there is a fight.
Your order to me is nothing less than God’s command
My life is not mine, but my Nation’s demand.
Let the enemy be however strong
Let the conditions be however wrong
Fight will I, till my last breath
I shall keep your word, even in my death.

3. The Mother
There are wars and there are cries
Very few reveal the truths and lies
Every soldier has a leader to follow,
It’s the mother’s heart that is left with a hollow.
The leader has his own good reasons
The solder cannot make any treason
His sacrifice makes him a hero
But the mother has to bear the sorrow.
All the battles and all the wars,
Have left the mother’s heart with many scars.
How long will this madness go?
May be till the mother have no, no more child to show.
