Healthy Breakfast is one of the Important part of anyone's diet. but for athletes & active individual, breakfast ensures adequate fuel for exercise. improve muscle recovery, boost mental performance, & helps maintain healthy body.

This is the common question people ask often. What should I eat  before & after workout ? What is the best home made food to eat? 

Healthy Snacking Before Workout & After Workout.

Breakfast is mini - meals between our main meals & are necessary to get  the calories & nutrient to our bodies need. There are many number & type of snacks should be determined by your hunger signals, as well as your work, & sleep schedule. 

The key is to make smart  snack choice to keep you on track with your nutrition & performance goal. so here are top healthy snacking.

Rich in Proteins with a carbohydrate or Healthy Fat  

After Workout meals is full of Protein(40%) with a 30% Carbs & 30% of Healthy fat Required our body to fulfill the body requirement. Protein is complete Muscle recovery which give you full hunger. Carbs is a source of energy so we required minimum carbs to generate energy. There are two types of healthy fat Monounsaturated Fat & Polyunsaturated Fat is known as Goods Fat because they are good for Hearts, your Cholesterol & overall your health.

Before Workout Meal Plan 

Before meal is mini-meals to get calories & proper Nutrient to our Body. The ideal time to eat 30 min. or 2hours before workout. 

Peanut Butter (Bread/Oats) : 

Peanut butter is Nutrient rich n good in calories food. you can go with oats or with whole wheat bread which gives you energy & proper Nutrient to your body.

Banana :

Banana are loaded with good Potassium & with digestible cabohydred which is important in maintenance nerve & muscle function.

Veg Salad(Sprouts) : 

Sprouts are good in Protein & rich in high Nutrient so this is the best Protein source Before & after workout as well. or you can keep handful chickpea in water for whole night & Steam in the morning for good test.

Whey & Casein Protein :

This is Most Important protein you need to have within 1 hour after Workout with repair your muscle quickly & also complete the nutrient of your body now you can go with supplemental protein for get Fast result. if you looking for this let me know.

Dried Fruits :

Handful of Dried fruits & nuts fits the role completely. Nuts Provide Protein & Dried Fruits Provide Simple Carbohydrates. Go with Mix of almond, Pistachios, Black raisins, apricot.
