Staying Fit in this busy Corporates World is difficult Now a day but staying fit we didn't require only motivation We want minds & spirits as well to keep you body healthy. However, there are procedure to keep away from stress eating, & Keeping in mind that enjoying a treat is ok. Holiday Family meals don't have to destroy a Healthy Lifestyle.

Since Nutrition, Exercise, & Mental Health all play a very important role in our overall Healthy well-begin. It is very important to keep fitness in mindful even in holidays. 

Lets Get Motivated During Holiday

Obviously, it's difficult to miss all the seasonal happiness, but Exercise & Mindful Eating can help you to stay lean & healthy & avoid gaining weight. so here are my no 1 trips & tricks to keep me on track with my fitness goals n during holidays. so lets gets started to stay fit & motivated in holidays.

Get creative at home exercise :

While during workout at home use items at home for consistency your workout. For example full water of bucket serve as a many ways like biceps & squats. use towel  for backworkout, use creative ideas to build lean muscle at home.

Track your Progress :

This is one major things that to track your progress on weekly basis to understand you level of progress & improve your healthy habits to accomplish your goal. Even while your workout you can use Fitbit to know your fitness track you better performance.

Online Workouts :

While Perform Exercise in combined with balanced Nutrition will improve overall sense of well-being, Improve your body position, & give positive impact to your body. Free workout Available online Like Yoga, Zumba, CrossFit, High-intensity etc. give adaptability to fit in wellness when it is generally helpful.

Listen Music :

It is one of the best thighs I love to Listen Music while during workout it give me happiness & boost to workout more.& push harder in heavy workout. music give happiness for one more reps. so I always try to listen new music or mix workout music to boost my workout.

Stretch With Band :

Stretching is required after workout to resistance level. there are various types of band available in market to stretch your body to warm up hips, glutes, shoulder & back. use this for fast n resistance routine with band which may add new thing to your workout for consistency.

so this are few tips i personally add on my workout to complete my health goal n consistency in routine. so try this
