Play isn’t something separate from the daily grind of life.

It is not something to finally get to when work ends.

I was sad that in contrary to govt rules , all parks and beaches are closed on Friday evening, but then I saw this child’s park today and thought of just playing.

For a small child there is no division between playing and learning; between the things he or she does ‘just for fun’ and things that are ‘educational.’

The child learns while living and any part of living that is enjoyable is also play.

It is always said, being around the children's your heart heals.  Healing is important whichever point of life your in. beat your situation , age, weight , health etc. And I was healing, Yes it's absolutely true , it happened with me it was just miracle. The feeling , the vibes was different. super energetic and  all my stress just got vanished. so eventually I enjoyed with them. Those smiles were priceless. Even though if you don't like children's but if you keep looking them more than 5 minute you are going to fall for them , they are god's beautiful creature angle's, that's magic. A pure soul they are. we all remember our childhood, however it may be good or bad but we do remember and it give us a different vibe. somewhat refreshing. we look our life and our present situation differently and some what think and improve on that.

As much as we may say that we want peace and quiet and a life without struggle, the truth is that human beings are, at this time, thriving in a world of dualities and challenges. And each of us absolutely will and must stumble, and then get up, brush the dust off and carry on. This is how we learn and grow!

Its all Love laugh and enjoy the present moment. In this situation we I just eat right, sleep tight, exercise regularly!

That’s it!

Not a big deal! Just learn, learn and grow harder this is life my friend.
