the In the history of ancient Indian Sanskrit language, Acharya Vishnugupta Chanakya is well-known for his qualities, a political scholar, penetrating of ethics, an expert in diplomacy, and proficient in form.  The whole world is familiar with the unique talent he showed by destroying the Nanda dynasty by placing his well-qualified and meritorious heroic disciple Chandragupta Maurya on the throne in its place. 

 The establishment of the Maurya dynasty is a great achievement of Acharya Chanakya.  This was the time when Chandragupta Maurya was the first enthroned ruler of the Maurya period.  Chanakya was the political guru at that time.  Even today, the skilled politician is called Chanakya.  Chanakya had dreamed of an organized, complete Aryavarta and accordingly, he made a successful effort.  Chanakya was a unique, wonderful, unique, such skilled politician that he had established the 'Maurya kingdom' by destroying the kingdom of the Nanda kings of Magadha country.  

Chanakya's birth name was Vishnugupta and being the son of an Acharya named Chanak, he was named Chanakya.  Some people are of the opinion that due to having a very sharp intellect, he should be called 'Chanakya'.  He was also addressed by the name Kautilya due to being a crooked political scholar.  But it may have been the name of his gotra, but according to the opinion of many scholars, he was named Kautilya due to being the creator of the devious policy.  

 Ganpati Shastri has emphasized considering them as 'devious' Gotratpanna Pullman Kautilya:-  According to this etymology, they belong to Kautilya gotra.  You were the general secretary, guru, well-wisher, and founder of the state of Chandragupta Maurya.  

The work of consecrating Chandragupta Maurya to the post of the king was the result of his intellect.  History is silent about the place of birth of Chanakya.  But his education was initiated at Takshashila University.  He is arrogant by nature, free from character and subject defects, ugly in nature, sharp in intellect, firm in intentions, rich in talent, yugasrta, and yugasrashta.  by birth, The full development of the intellectual power of Chanakya, who lived in Pataliputra, took place under the patronage of the Acharyas of Taxila.  

With the influence of his mature knowledge, Chanakya became a professor of politics by pleasing the scholars there.  Seeing the mismanagement of the country, his heart was moved.  For this, he resolved to tie the country together by making elaborate programs and he got successful in it.  The purpose of Chanakya's life was only 'Budhiryasya Balam Tasya'.  That is why Chanakya had full faith in his intelligence and effort.  

He considered the principle of 'Daivadhin Jagatsarvam' as an illusion.  The time of Chanakya and Chandragupta Maurya is the same - 325 BC was the time of Maurya emperor Chandragupta, and this is also the time of Chanakya.
