Commonly know as Jungle Jalebi in Hindi. Pithecellobium dulce is the scientific name.
The nature believes in balance and wholesomeness and if we are in line with the nature the our health will automatically be balanced.
Most of us childhood had gone eating this, enjoying this. Now we hardly get to see this. Go ask you parents, friends have they ate this ? how its taste? what are their memories with jungle jalebi fruit? Some of them have definitely tried this our parents surely know this. The color of the fruits is beautiful and because of the shape we call it jungle jalebi found in jungles.

All of life is Polarity:
Hot and cold, wet and dry, yin and yang.
But do we understand polarities between lime and silica , Vitamin A and D?
Between hormones and enzymes?
Sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system?
If any one member of a polarity becomes too great at the expense of its opposite, then an unstable health will persist.
Nature does not produce a food with just vitamins A or Vitamins D, it’s like an orchestra , composed of many instruments , working in rhythm!
Hence when we understand human nutrition, in this manner, we can perhaps accept the fact that “DIETETICS” the study of food, is purely academic , and health cannot be determined by applying diet charts!
Natural wholesome non processed food with regular physical activity and rest is the answer!
Can you now perhaps accept that both potato and banana , will not make you put on weight , whilst sugar or anything else refined and processed would?
The ideal food pattern should be one which consists of fruits, vegetables and nuts.
Grains when sprouted is easier to digest!
