I'm going to tell you about something which is a real incident of my life and  which is happening right now. 

So, my aunt is pregnant and as we all know people gives blessings to the pregnant lady and her child. Whenever I heard anybody giving blessings to her I only hear one thing and that is be happy and I wish you give birth to a boy child. Isn't it something wrong like I knew everyone has their own expectations and their own way of giving blessings but they can also say whoever is born will be healthy. We are living in 2021 and yes we cannot deny that girls are getting equally importance as boys but still somewhere in some families they wish for a boy. If a girl is born in a family everyone gets happy, everyone accept her and also love her but if a boy is born in a family everyone gets excited, everyone expect him and everyone loves him a lot. Maybe today also our families want a boychild I don't know the reason behind of that because from my aspect if a boy is independent then a girl is also independent, boy and girl both are having equalities and a girl is also meeting the expectations of their parents which they expect from a boy.

Now I'll tell you the incident about yesterday. Yesterday when i went for a walk with my uncle and aunt they're discussing about their baby and i asked to my uncle will he give a grand party after birth of a child and his answer melt my heart. He replied, “ If the child is gonna be son then I'll give a grand party at a hotel but if it's gonna be girl then I don't think I'll do anything”. That time I was having a lot of questions inside my heart but I wasn't brave enough to ask them. From these incidents I realize one thing and that is if a girl born in any family the family accept her but don't expect her.

I don't know if you all are having same thoughts as me after reading this but I believe that there are some girls out there who is relatable to these conditions and some of them maybe lucky to have a family who don't care about if the gender is boy or a girl they're just happy with their child. Maybe one day everyone just expect a healthy child rather then expecting a boy
