There will be a connection in between hair loss and weight loss.A sudden change in our daily diet will leads to Hair loss.There will be a temporary Hair loss when we are on diet.This type of Hair loss is know as telogen effluvium.The hair which we has lost during diet will regrow once you resume eating adequate amount of protein.

 How to Prevent:

We should not completely avoid carbohydrates,Just we have to cut some of the carbohydrates.

We have to avoid saturated fats and also avoid junk foods,soft drinks,Smoking.

We should never take too much of sweets

1.Eggs
