It's almost 9:30 p.m. I am sitting in my bed. Replacing by dinner with just a cup of milk and thinking about my future. I do not know what to do. Even, I am not clear about what to write. Feeling tensed and lost is the worse feeling ever. Only a good thing is that I am calling myself depressed. I am not into depression as I know that the next morning will surely bring some peace for me. It always happens to me. A good sleep (that is really hard to catch for the first but once fallen asleep makes all my anxiety vanish) always brings calmness to me. But, what about the long tensed night that is still there in front of me. I thought to read some motivational blogs, some good stories, watch some mind-diverting movies or series, but I don't think it worked. I also thought to talk to someone close to me but I stopped as my tension will make them feel the same and I don't want that. Sometimes this also happens to me that when I talk to someone whom I think will help me, but in reality, that person does not understand me and in reverse blames me only. What should be done in this situation? Please help me find the way.
But, I thank God that he created me with such mud that is hard to blend. My Mumma calls me insane. She says that I overthink many times due to which I get tensed, cry for a whole day, but when I stop crying, I get up as if nothing happened and again try my level best to overcome the problem. With a little more effort I achieve my target. What she says is totally correct. I always overcome my problem after a good cry and a day in bed. But what are the actual things that make me so feel powerful that I nail it? It is only some peace of mind.
Today I am here to share only this one wonderful thing. There are many quotes to motivate, videos that inspire, blogs that make you feel energetic but does all that really work? Yup but only a little. These things only work when your mind accepts them. And the mind will only accept these things when it is calm.
After such a long story I am sharing with you only one tip that will definitely help you to overcome your problems. Whenever you feel depressed or tensed and you do not know what to do, just give yourself some time. Do what your mind likes the most (my mind likes to sleep), like sit at a calm place, make your mind calm, and then start over again about how to reach the target. Remember, a happy and calm mind is the most constructive one.
