Hey friends, here I am back with a new blog on a very different topic!! As we all know the world is dealing with a very strange virus named Covid and the doctors are saying that the only way to fight with this virus is to boost up your immunity. So boosting up the immunity at that time is very important for all of us. So in this blog i will tell you about some ways which will definitely helps you to boost up your immunity. So let's begin.

Some foods that will help you to boost up your immunity!!!

  1. Fruits : Fruits that contain vitamin C is known as the immunity booster. So eat fruits that contain Vitamin C, Some of the fruit that contain Vitamin C are Oranges , Grapes , Lemons. These fruits work very well for your body.

    2. Broccoli : Many  of us  doesn't like to eat  broccoli             but believe me broccoli helps you  very much in                 boosting your immunity. Broccoli contains vitamins         and fiber that are too good for our body,

    3.Garlic and Ginger : Same as broccoli many people           also don't like to eat garlic and ginger, i too  hate               ginger. But you can drink ginger tea if you are a tea           fan. You can also eat garlic after crushing it in any           veg or non--veg recipe. If you have  to boost up you           immunity then have to do all this.

   4.Curd : Everyone of us love  curd so no one have any         problem with it. Curd also contain Vitamin  C and             boost up your immunity, and it also contain fat that         is healthy for your body.

5. Green Vegetables : Green vegetables are most                  important to consume. Many doctors  always advice        to eat green vegetables. So eat green veggies as             much as you can.

Some more tips to boost  up your immunity!!!

  1. Sleep well : We don't take our sleep seriously but taking a good hour sleep is very important for all of us. Taking enough sleep also helps us to feel fresh so we can fully concentrate on our work. Sleeping is a natural immunity booster. 
  2. Don't eat more sugar : Some of us just love sweets but always remember eating too much sugar is not at all good for your health. So always eat sugar free sweet or less sugar. 
  3. Exercise : Always give some time towards your fitness. A fit body is too hard for a virus to attack. A fit body is full of immunity. So daily do exercise and make yourself fit.
